- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- Custom Orders: If your order includes a custom piece or special request, please allow additional processing time. You will be notified of any extended delays in advance.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the exact shipping cost for your order at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that some of our products are shipped directly from Turkey. This may affect the delivery time for orders placed from the United States and other countries. The estimated delivery time for items shipped from Turkey is typically 7-10 business days, depending on the destination.
We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress.

4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. HHK Arts is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. HHK Arts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or any other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hhkarts@hotmail.com. Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hhkarts@hotmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
